Thank you Osho.
osho says- you cant achieve a deep orgasm without being angry first. really embracing your anger. accept your anger- but keep awareness. i guess this opens up energy channels that we have repressed.
then he says if you accept life you will never be angry.\
i realize feeling angry is uncomfortable- nervous shaking energy.. but
i want to be angry now! i am waiting for a chance to be angry. i dont want to get into a fight. he says that if we dont do things with the anger it stays poisonous in our blood. so smashing things is ok?
is there a way to get angry on your own?
when i read osho- its so many ideas i have had already, but osho knows it all. its amazing.
thanks

Re: Anger
Fri, February 22, 2008 - 10:59 AMif someone hurts you physically are you sad or anger. i think its like saying the underneath the body is the mind. but its both ways, underneath the mind is the body, they are part of the same thing.
sadness isnt so intense- maybe when you cry. hot anger pouring from your heart makes you sweat and shake its a different vein from the same thing i think
i have embraced my sadness .. -

Re: Anger
Fri, February 22, 2008 - 2:08 PMWhenever anger happens to me it is preceded by sadness, like someone hurting me or my ego.... Anger can be used as a useful tool to snap out of it. When I do dynamic meditation, with all the action phases it seems to mostly change into anger, which is then in the carthasis phase released. Once it is let out a refreshing silent space remains. As to intensities of sadness and anger, they can be just as intense. And yes, sadness is a part of our life, why not embrace it and feel it. After all this too shall pass.... -

Re: Anger
Fri, February 22, 2008 - 5:29 PMFor me anger is a trigger from my past when someone else acts out of thier past and grasping at ego occurs on both sides.
Act instead of react is the key to the door of the present.
