Those who we will call surface dwellers will be ever so more. Those who are diving deeper into the unknown will do so even more. Play the surface dweller's Christmas game, but see it for what it is and make time to dive deeper into the unknown. -

12/25I find that rather disturbing message.
I wonder how & why does someone who knows the "veil that separates us" is illusion,
yet promotes "us & them" ideas and such ugly labels that only seperate.
Seems to me, we came from the same place and are going to the same place.
I see no evidence that today is a time more powerful than yesterday or last year, or 20 years ago.
Just minds and egos at play, and playing is what we do... even at "Christmas time" we are not seperate. -

12/25I think it was indeed poorly worded...but my interpretation of the direction of things would be that those vested in the power structures of this world - called in the note the "surface dwellers" will, and seem to be already, fighting more intently so as to preserve what they see as "power".
I do not think that they understand the inseparable nature of all...nor do they care to investigate it. -

12/25X mas is a diverted christian concept , that is derived from a very old time of the earth orbit around the sun. Around the equinox...
it is the time when the male principle (sun) is furthest away from the northern hemisphere, it gets reborn with the idea that from now on the days are becoming longer again and a promise of spring and summer coming after winter and of life returning after the cold winter...
That rebirth of the sun has in christianity been made into the birth of the son of god... however this time of the year has been celebrated all over the world, from the Americas to Asia to Europe and Africa and in ancient Egypt and Sumeria.
They could brainwash the people into buying that it is a christian idea, they could not brainwash the people away from celebrating it, it's root goes too deep.
So once someone is christian and doesn't know any better than to be identified with christianity this time of the year will still be good for them, they don't know any better, still there is celebration. And to me an ignorant individual celebrating is great. He does not know, still he is celebrating...
you know, we have had the master celebrate with us, we were very fortunate in that, to have someone celebrating who is so conscious, so precious, so beautiful and so full of love. So for us it is easy to say...
The poor christians have not had that blessing and are still celebrating...
So it does not matter, first of all the "person" cannot go onto the "path of awakening" as you call it, only your consciousness can.
If you feel like celebrating this event, celebrate. If you think the idea is just brainwash, try celebrating anyway, just for the fun of it, if you don't need a christmas tree to celebrate, cool, you have just saved $ 40 and having to clean up a bunch of needles around your house, and these needles can be very annoying... If you feel like having a tree with ornaments on it, go for it. If that is fun to you, why not?
If you need a reason to celebrate, go for it. If you don't just celebrate anyway. To me it is the celebraion that counts, nothing else... -

12/27Lately, there has been little activity in this discussion group. My intention was to give this group a little juice. I think that I've succeeded.
I've been a surface dweller all my life, but I've had a taste of the hidden energies, a thunderbolt flowing through my body. I can without a doubt say they are not in my imagination. I couldn't have experienced it on my own. I want to experience even deeper energies, but my ego wants to stay in control and on the surface with my fears and illusions.
I need constant reminders to meditate.
